I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice–prepared Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-DNP), certified Life Coach and Wellness Coach, and the Founder & CEO of the Anxiety Freedom Movement. My work bridges the best of clinical psychiatry with neuroscience-informed coaching, nervous-system regulation, and holistic wellness strategies—so clients don’t just manage anxiety, they learn how to master it.
I specialize in working with driven professionals, entrepreneurs, and high performers who look “successful” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, restless, or stuck in chronic worry on the inside. Many of my clients have tried therapy, medication, or self-help tools and still feel like anxiety is running their life. My approach is different: it focuses on restoring safety in the nervous system, rewiring anxious thought patterns, and rebuilding self-trust—so confidence becomes natural again.

Life coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals to identify their goals, overcome obstacles, and make positive changes in their lives.
In a life coaching session, you can expect to discuss your goals, challenges, and strategies for overcoming obstacles. Your coach will provide guidance, support, and accountability to help you achieve your goals.
The length of a life coaching program depends on the individual and their goals. Some programs may last a few months, while others may last a year or more.
Dr. Antoine Edline holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and is a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-DNP). However, services provided through the Anxiety Freedom Movement are offered exclusively as coaching and wellness services, unless otherwise specified in a separate, formal clinical agreement.
Coaching services do not include diagnosis, medication management, psychotherapy, or medical treatment, and do not replace care from a licensed healthcare provider.
This distinction is maintained intentionally to ensure ethical boundaries, clarity, and alignment with each client’s needs.
