1. Scope of Services

Services provided are educational and coaching-based and are not medical or mental health treatment.

2. No Provider–Patient Relationship

Participation does not establish a provider–patient relationship. Coaching services are distinct from clinical care.

3. Eligibility

Services are intended for adults (18+) who are not experiencing acute psychiatric crises or conditions requiring higher-level care.

4. Results Disclaimer

Outcomes vary by individual. No guarantees are made regarding specific results.

5. Confidentiality

Information shared is handled with discretion. However, coaching services are not psychotherapy and are not governed by the same confidentiality laws as clinical care.

6. Payment & Investment

All fees are disclosed prior to service initiation. Coaching services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and content are the intellectual property of the Anxiety Freedom Movement and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Emergency Care

This service is not appropriate for emergencies. Clients agree to seek appropriate emergency or clinical care when needed.
