Dr. Edline Antoine, PMHNP-BC-DNP, holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). All services offered through Anxiety Freedom Movement are provided exclusively as coaching and wellness services — not as medical treatment, psychiatric care, psychotherapy, or clinical mental health services — unless a separate, formal clinical agreement is in place.

Coaching services do not include diagnosis, medication management, prescription of any kind, psychotherapy, or any form of medical treatment. Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal ideation, or a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge that you understand the distinction between coaching and clinical care, and that you are not seeking or receiving medical or psychiatric treatment through this program.

Anxiety Freedom Movement does not accept health insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, or any third-party insurance plans of any kind. All services are offered on a private-pay (cash-pay) basis only.

Clients are solely responsible for all fees associated with their sessions. We do not submit claims to insurance companies, and we do not provide superbills or documentation for insurance reimbursement purposes.

By booking a session, you confirm that you understand and accept that payment is your full responsibility and that no insurance coverage will apply.

We accept the following forms of payment for all coaching services:

• Cash (in-person sessions only)
• Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
• Debit Cards
• Venmo: @AnxietyFreedomMovement
• Zelle: Support@anxietyfreedommovement.com
• PayPal
• Other secure digital payment platforms as announced

All payments must be received in full prior to or at the time of your session. We do not offer payment plans unless explicitly agreed upon in writing in advance. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The rate in effect at the time of booking confirmation applies to that session.

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. The following fees apply without exception:

LATE CANCELLATION FEE — $150.00 USD A late cancellation fee of $150.00 USD will be charged for any session cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

NO-SHOW FEE — $150.00 USD A no-show fee of $150.00 USD will be charged for any session where the client fails to appear at the scheduled appointment time without prior notice.

These fees are non-negotiable and non-waivable. They will be automatically charged to the payment method on file or invoiced directly. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in termination of services at the sole discretion of Anxiety Freedom Movement.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once a coaching session has been initiated — meaning the session has begun, even partially — no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with results, personal emergencies, or change of mind.

For sessions paid in advance that have not yet been initiated, refund requests must be submitted in writing to Support@anxietyfreedommovement.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Refunds for pre-paid, uninitiated sessions are granted at the sole discretion of Anxiety Freedom Movement and are not guaranteed.

Package purchases (if applicable) are non-refundable once any session within the package has been initiated.

By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy in full.

Anxiety Freedom Movement and Dr. Edline Antoine reserve the absolute right to refuse, suspend, or terminate coaching services to any client at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to situations involving:

• Disrespectful, abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward Dr. Antoine or any staff member
• Failure to comply with program requirements or agreed-upon commitments
• Conduct that is disruptive, manipulative, or harmful to the coaching relationship
• Non-payment or repeated payment failures
• Any behavior that compromises the safety, integrity, or professional environment of the practice

Clients also retain the right to terminate services at any time. However, termination by the client does not waive any outstanding fees, cancellation fees, or no-show fees already incurred.

In the event of service termination by Anxiety Freedom Movement, any unused, pre-paid session fees may be refunded at our discretion on a pro-rated basis. No refund will be issued for sessions already completed.

All clients are expected to engage with Anxiety Freedom Movement in a professional, respectful, and good-faith manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services:

• Verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, or harassment of any kind
• Romantic or sexual advances toward Dr. Antoine or any staff
• Sharing, recording, or distributing session content without explicit written consent
• Misrepresentation of identity, credentials, or eligibility for services
• Attempting to circumvent eligibility requirements or program policies
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith

Clients who initiate fraudulent chargebacks for services rendered will be reported to the relevant financial institution and may be subject to legal action for recovery of fees plus damages.

Coaching outcomes vary significantly by individual. Anxiety Freedom Movement and Dr. Edline Antoine make no guarantees, express or implied, regarding specific results from coaching services. Testimonials and client success stories shared on this website reflect individual experiences and are not representative of typical outcomes.

Your results will depend on many factors including but not limited to your commitment, consistency, personal history, and willingness to engage fully in the coaching process. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and that you are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions.

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated with strict confidentiality. However, please note that coaching services are not subject to HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) protections, as coaching is not a covered healthcare service under HIPAA.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law. Please review our full Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected, stored, and used.

These policies and all services provided by Anxiety Freedom Movement are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to coaching services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Nassau County, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

By engaging our services, you waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Anxiety Freedom Movement or Dr. Edline Antoine.
